About

With over 15 years of experience at CEO and Directorship level, I lead teams of passionate and skilled professionals who provide alternative education and outdoor learning opportunities for learners with SEND and other needs.

My purpose is to connect people, planet, and purpose for an awesome future, and I have achieved outstanding results and recognition for the work done in the sector, including the Educated in Devon Award and the Exeter Living Award with TOG and ‘Good and ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted results across every Ofsted registered project I have direct involvement with.

As an entrepreneur, mentor, governor, trustee, and non-executive director, I also support the growth and impact of many education and environmental causes in the region, such as Poles Apart and Tiverton Adventure Playground. I believe that profit should not come at the expense of people or the planet, and that business can be a force for good.

I am always open to conversations about how I can further contribute to the sectors I am passionate about.

• Managed FE NEET provision across two sites and 3 programmes for 6 years
• Developed multiple senior leadership and middle management teams across the education sector
• Designed SEND SEMH and Outdoor Learning curriculums bespoke to education organisations
• Run multiple corporate and wellbeing team building experiences across multiple sectors including universities, NHS, FE colleges and corporate teams
